Refunds

Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

There are no refunds once paid content has been opened. At checkout you agree to immediate access, which waives the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the content is opened — the checkbox on the payment page is that agreement, and it is required.

If something genuinely went wrong — you were charged twice, or you couldn't access what you paid for — email contact@lucianmesaros.ro and I'll fix it. Beyond that, I grant at most one goodwill refund per person, ever.

The monthly plan is the trial: €15, no commitment, and the whole archive to judge the product by.
